Couples Therapy
I work with couples at every stage of their relationship—whether you’re newly partnered, long-term, navigating separation, or blending a family. In couples therapy, my goal is to co-create a safe space grounded in open communication, presence, balance, and mutual respect—helping you build secure and healthy relationships. I use evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help you build secure and healthy relationships.
Individual Therapy
One of the most overlooked yet essential relationships is the one we have with ourselves. Throughout life’s many stages, we all encounter challenges that can feel overwhelming or limiting. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including EFIT and somatic approaches, to help individuals create meaningful change in areas where they feel stuck or blocked.
Parent Support
I support parents in overcoming the challenges of parenting—whether it's understanding your triggers, processing difficult experiences, breaking negative patterns, navigating child development, managing challenging behaviours, or simply staying present with your children without losing yourself. Through specialised therapy, I help create a more peaceful and balanced home environment. I work with you to identify and manage triggers, and enhance communication. My goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore challenges and discover practical strategies for a more fulfilling parenting journey. I've been there too, and I'm here to help.
