Hi my name is KJ Bennett. I am a Registered Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counselling, and I am deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of their relationships. I created Parent Connect to support individuals like you on your unique journey toward emotional well-being and secure, thriving relationships. While our brains are designed for connection, they are equally wired for survival. In our closest relationships, anything less than a deep sense of security can hinder both personal and relational growth. My mission is to help you co-create a secure foundation—whether in your partnership, as a parent, co-parents, or while blending your family—so you can grow together with confidence and trust.
